1.18 Gifts (Accepting)
Grubstake recognizes that in the course of business there may be people who wish to thank Grubstake employees for their professional services. However, this situation can be misinterpreted. To avoid the opportunity to accept gifts or gratuities in exchange for payment or obligation to do business with an individual or company, Grubstake has set a limit on the dollar value of the gifts which may be accepted. Gifts and gratuities from customers, vendors, or suppliers may be accepted as long as the value of the gift or gratuity does not exceed 25.00 dollars.
