7.06 Return of Property

Employees are responsible for items issued to them by Grubstake or in their possession or control, such as the following:

* client lists
* credit cards
* equipment
* identification badges
* keys
* manuals
* protective equipment
* security passes
* tools
* uniforms
* written materials

Employees must return all Grubstake property immediately upon request or upon termination of employment. Where permitted by applicable laws, Grubstake may withhold from the employee's check or final paycheck the cost of any items that are not returned when required. Grubstake may also take all action deemed appropriate to recover or protect its property.
