$10.00 Registration Fee or $30.00 Annual Bidder Card
$25.00 Buyers Premium to $160.00 then 15% after that.
$25.00 Minimum Bid
All money owed needs to be paid by 3:30pm

All items should be out of storage yard by 6PM day of sale. If units are not cleaned out and don't have other arrangements made with storage manager then the contents will be disposed of by the storage facility. If any costs occur for this it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Units may be added or deleted prior to Auction
Buyers must have a current photo I.D., must be 18 years or older and are required to sign in with name, correct address and phone number in order to bid.
We sell the complete contents of the unit AS IS WHERE IS-NO-REFUNDS! We make no representations as the condition of the contents or from where the contents originated.
Every buyer will be required to pay a $50.00 cash deposit on the units purchased. Once the unit has been cleaned out and inspected you will get your deposit back.
You are bidding on entire containers or lots. Please preview from the door only, you are not allowed to touch or remove any items from the container or lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not accept a bid from any person who is disruptive and they will be asked to leave and be banned from all future auctions along with NO PAYS!
All personal paperwork/computer records, photos, social security cards, birth records, government I.D.'s, tax records, medical records etc. pertaining to this unit should be turned in to the storage manager immediately.
No warranties and/or guarantees are implied, including all merchandise descriptions. Buyers are urges to do their own inspections of each lot and bid according to their own judgment.
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those with you. Children must be kept in hand at all times. No animals or smoking allowed during the auction
The buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances the storage facility has the right to contact the buyer and request that the unit be purchased back from the buyer to prevent court litigation.
Any illegal contraband such as: Guns, Weapons, Drug Paraphernalia, etc. must be turned over to the proper authorities.

We attempt to provide as much information as possible but we as humans can and
do make clerical errors. Therefore
you MUST do your own inspection and verity any and all of the above information.
